Finally…! I’d like to schedule the works in – please advise when you can be onsite. We will be removing the concrete structure down to ground levels (approx.) – so not all will be removed. We will require the external walls of the tanking cut. In total this is 58m of wall 250 thick. Looking at your price of £8.50 per 25mm/m for a track saw I believe that will be around £5k. I assume we will need a track saw to ensure that it is cut at level ready for beam and block floor (which will be installed directly on top of cut walls – hence the need for level).

There may be some additional works we could include at the same time (e.g. cutting of some openings in the existing building) which we can discuss in due course.
