Asbestos Surveyor – East Anglia

Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd is looking for an Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing Asbestos division.

Your Role

As an Asbestos Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be conducting asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed asbestos surveys in line with HSG264
• Providing clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver a high quality service
• Utilising Microsoft Word and other applications for reporting and documentation

Skills and Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Qualifications: Must hold a P402 certificate (or equivalent)
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio and similar applications
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required

The basic working hours are 7.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary package. This is full-time, permanent role.
