We are pleased to be supporting East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices’ (EACH) Christmas tree recycling scheme once again.

Anglian is donating vehicles and drivers to support the tree-cycling initiative which collects used Christmas trees for recycling in return for donations to the charity. With hospices in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge, EACH delivers all-encompassing and lifelong care for babies, children and young people, and their families.

Based on the success of the tree-cycling scheme last year and support from local companies, EACH has extended the postcodes it can collect from. More Christmas trees are set to be collected this time, increasing the potential for more money to be raised.

“We are delighted to have continued support with our Christmas Tree Recycling Campaign. We couldn’t run this without amazing companies like Anglian. Last year we collected over 800 trees in Norfolk and raised over £29,000 over all three counties to support the children, young people and families who need us the most.”

Ellie Miller, senior community fundraiser at EACH

“As a local company, we’re keen to do our bit to support the local community in which we’re based. With a fleet of vehicles and expert drivers here at Anglian, we’re only too happy to lend a hand with this scheme. Tree-cycling is not only good for the environment and takes the hassle of out getting rid of your tree after Christmas, but it also raises vital funds for a very worthy local cause. It’s a win-win all round.”
